PAPER MILLS
Tire Kutsan has started to produce Fluting, Straw Fluting, Test Liner, Kraft Liner and White Test Liner by using waste paper, straw and pulp with the capacity of 30.000 tons/year in 1986.
In the second half of 1997, II.Paper Mill was established to produce Test Liner, White Test Liner, Kraft Liner and Fluting with the capacity of 65.000 tons/year. The net machine width of II.Paper Mill is 2.250 mm. and the whole critical points in the process could be monitored & controlled by high developed DCS (Distributed Control System).
By the end of 2003, through the succesful implementation of a production facility modernization initiative, the annual production capacity of Paper Mills reached 120.000 tons per year.
Consequently, production of imitation Kraft Liner and Semi-Chemical Fluting papers were enabled alongside the standard products such as Fluting, Test Liner and White Test Liner.
