Through our total 235.000 tons/year production capacity for corrugated board boxes, our corrugated sheet production capabilities include different types of flutes such as B (thin), C and A (thick), E (micro), C+B and E+B (double), UPS and MPS (special). These sheets are transferred to converting lines to receive a wide array or printing instructions from high-tech flexo printing machines (that are able to print up to 7 colors - an ability possessed only by Tire Kutsan in Turkey) before they are finally shaped into regular slotted and die-cut boxes.

       Our plants also integrate various types of folding, gluing and stitching machines along this process.

       E & B flute Offset printed board boxes are produced our Offset Unit in the Tire Plant. This modern plant features an automatic lamination system, offset printing and special cuts, along with varnish and lacquer to preserve printing and ink.
